  1. Jamie says:

“Now Andy did you hear about this one”

  2. Joy Carruthers says:

    The Truman show

  3. Hard, hard choice, but I’m going to say The Truman Show!

  4. Mama C says:

My pick is Man on the Moon. I remember Andy Kaufman and thinking he was one of the funniest men alive and Jim Carrey did an awesome job portraying him. He was an enigma for sure.

  5. Kirk Perry says:

Man on the Moon was the movie that the Academy decided to rob Jim of an Oscar. To not even be nominated after he had already won the Golden Globe showed a definite bias against him. He didn’t just play Andy Kaufman in a movie. He became Andy Kaufman. Not an easy task.

    Thank you very much.

  6. EsseRealis says:

Man on the Moon- although I am die hard Dumb and Dumber fan, mock yah, ing yah…I loved Man on the Moon because it showed a side of acting and comedy that was way ahead of its time. Andy Kaufman was an artist of comedy, Jim Carrey, in his own right is an artist of acting and comedy, I mean who could have pulled off Tony Clifton as good as Andy- Jim!

  7. Petrina says:

Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless Mind.
A beautiful story with two amazing actors playing two unforgettable characters.
” Drink up, young man. It’ll make the whole seduction part less repugnant.”

    ..Truman a close close second.
