Pick your movie of the week: Flea Market Finds! (Aug 26-Sep 1/16)

I was tempted to simply declare Dial M for Murder as movie of the week just to spite my contentious brother, but I decided to take the five movies I picked up at the flea market in Sussex, NB this weekend and pit them against each other. Which one do you think should be our movie of the week?

Dial M for Murder (1954)

The Godfather (1972)

Good Morning, Vietnam (1987)

Iron Man (2008)

Room (2015)

Movie of the Week

    Room

  2. Kirk Perry says:

Good choices. I’m torn between the Godfather and Good Morning Vietnam. I know the Godfather is a better movie but I’m going to go with my heart and pick Robin Williams.

  3. Mama C says:

Sorry Jamie but I have to pick Dial M for Murder with the late, great, beautiful, unforgettable Grace Kelly! I didn’t see Room but I did read the book, liked Godfather and Vietnam but I have never seen Iron Man but I know he could not hold a candle to Grace.

  4. Room. I loved this movie.

  5. Jamie says:

I am dialing “no thank you”. Kirk stole my answer. Godfather, is Godfather, enough said. However, to vote with my heart I am going with Good Morning Vietnam. Robin Williams was strange, a kook, and some viewed him as a babbling crazy person. However, I thought of him as a genius and such a kind spirited person. He is still missed. Also, GMV has a beautiful story amongst so much ugly.
